It's the end of day 2 and here I catch up with some of the students participating in CDRC Vienna 2016 all of who are having an absolute ball. The competition itself is intense as teams go from one round to another, each time trying to put into practice feedback from assessors in order to raise their game. There is no respite for the students as the intensity continues into the early hours with a hectic social calendar!
One of the major highlights for people attending CDRC Vienna is the diversity of cultures represented, as people from all corners of the globe come with a common passion for mediation and dispute resolution.
With just one more day of preliminary rounds before the knock out stages, competitors and assessors are recharging batteries before the gear-shift of the knock out rounds and finale.
